Our annual service agreement is designed to ensure that your plumbing system receives regular maintenance and inspections throughout the year. This proactive approach helps to identify any potential issues before they become major problems, saving you time, money, and frustration in the long run.
  • Check water heater for signs of damage, leaks, and ensure it is operation at peak efficiency
  • Check all supply lines
  • Inspect all toilets for leaks and proper action. Adjust flapper, float ball and overflow tube if needed to be set at manufactures’ specification’s
  • Check all shut off valves for leaks
  • Tighten any loose handle that may need attention
  • Flush water heater
  • Check all faucets for leaks and corrosion, clean aerators for proper water flow
  • Check washing machine hoses for signs of damage or kink that may lead to leak
  • Inspect all drains for proper drainage
